Reworking my chakra book. Gonna start from the ground up. Does anyone know which chakra is literally our ground chakra? I call it our Foot Chakra, others may refer to it as their Earth Star Chakra. I painted a picture to help illustrate it's meaning. Before we are born we are given Our own piece of Earth. A place all our own to use for grounding. By grounding l don't mean that thing your parents do when you have been bad or don't follow the rules. Grounding is what helps you feel more connected. Less head in the clouds.Same concept your parents are trying to do. They want you to think about what you did that got you in trouble so that you don't make the same type of mistake again Once your Foot Chaka's foundation is ready the rest of your chakra's form and as you go through life you experience each of their energies.
