Desire for social success and acceptance at any cost.
Seeing illusions rather than facing the truth.
Little sense of humor.
Distorted picture of lifeand its meaning.
Creative energy wasted in pleasure and overindulgences.

It is a card about bondage but often this bondage is metaphoric and internal. Remember that you can free yourself from whatever binds you, at your own choosing.
You always hold the key to your  freedom.
You may be feeling that you are not in control of your life; sometimes this happens as a result of your own actions, but more often than not it is a byproduct of inaction.  So, take action!  Take whatever kind of steps you need to give yourself the feeling of being in control.
