How do you know he or she is your twin flame?

How do you know he or she is your twin flame? It's frustrating to answer this because I know you have been heard this before, you just know.

You know it before your head does. Your Soul knows and recognizes them before you do.
You can't rationalize it and it makes no sense. You have this deep knowing and things are moving to fast, kind of like love at first sight. Except this sight isn't with your eyes it's with your Soul.

You would do anything for this person. Remember, even though there is deep love you were not brought together to lose yourself in them. You were meant to find yourself. Not the self that they reflect to you but the self that lives inside of you. The one you have been repressing to please others.
