Self-love & the Purpose Behind it The purpose behind self-love is so that you can trust true love when it enters your life. Until then, if you aren't loving all aspects of yourself, you are blocking Sacred Love of purest kind from entering into your life. You are getting in your own way of manifesting true love into your life. The point of self-love is to explore separation. The more time you spend alone and aren't bored or miserable, the more you send out a love frequency. While you are "alone", you practice being at one with yourself. In other words you rediscover the love you hide inside of yourself. After you finish finding yourself it's time to practice finding the one.
