A lot of us our thinking about detoxing from something in our lives. I seen a lot of health food deliberation. Lots of people want to eat better this year. A very common goal for the new year. But a very smart one. You have to be very strong with this because our body is used to whatever junk we have been using to nurse it and food is like an addiction to us and the body needo to detox from it.
