Guidance for January 11th - 17th

This weeks guidance has a lot of different things going on. Which is very much like us. Do we do only one thing for a whole week? Is our life that routine? Well if it is , it won't be this week. There is a disruption in your usually pattern, or schedule.

A lot of us our thinking about detoxing from something in our lives. I seen a lot of health food deliberation. Lots of people want to eat better this year. A very common goal for the new year. But a very smart one. You have to be very strong with this because our body is used to whatever junk we have been using to nurse it and food is like an addiction to us and the body needo to detox from it.
