There are different ways of cleansing your space. The most recognized one is by physically cleaning your space and/or moving furniture around to release stuck energy.

Another commonly known cleansing is by burning sage and allowing the smoke to grab the negative energy and come to the ground to be cleansed through physical sweeping.

Don't forget to cleanse yourself. Sage yourself. Another way is through receiving Reiki or healing energy. Reiki releases stuck and stagnant energy in the body that can lead to illness and diseases.

*Side note: Sage is a good herb to burn to disinfect the air
