| The Root Chakra is about our survival skills and having support in our everyday life. Our Root Chakra needs some balance as we are planning or focusing on our future. The particular focus seems to be on our finances. Balance is the key word here. When it comes to our finances there needs to be a give & take system in place. It feels like money 's energy will be changing so try not to stress about it too much. Also, there is a reminder to live in the moment of now. Be very present in your life. Don't let your worries get the best of you. |

| The Sacral Chakra is about our creativity & our emotions. Our Sacral Chakra is out of balance as well. It feels as though there is a block for our creative energies. This usually means you are stuck in your ways of thinking. Not thinking outside of the box. You may be feeling emotionally battered. Feeling good one day and bad the next. Mood swings. Needing to let things go out of focus so we can see things differently. Perhaps notice something we couldn't before. Seeing the forest in all it's beauty and not just the one in front of us. The suggestion here is to let go of any control issues and go with the flow. Once again, living in the now. |

| The Solar Plexus Chakra is about our will power. Our Solar Plexus Chakra has us feeling weighed down. Perhaps this has to do with you feeling overweight. Many issues from being overweight stem from the Root Chakra. Needing their body to physically weigh them down so that they become grounded. Connected to Earth. Whatever the issue is there is a warning: All that Glitters is Not Gold & Every Truth Will Not be Told. So it feels like there are some deceptive energies out that. It feels like the Easy Way out. The Get Rich Scheme. So just be careful of believing all you hear & go with your gut feeling. |

| The Heart Chakra is about empathy for ourselves & others. The Heart Chakra wants us to go within & give our self the love we willing give to others. So pamper yourself. Stop being so hard on yourself. I feel that you are feeling the weight on your shoulders. Like every thing & everyone is dependent on you. You are going to have to learn to say “no” to others and start saying "Yes!” to yourself. We need to start treating ourselves the way we would want others to treat us. Think about it. How do you treat yourself? What do you say to yourself? Especially on a bad day. Be kind and nurture yourself. |

| The Throat Chakra is about self-expression. The Throat Chakra energy this month is about playing the blame game. Shifting the fault onto others. Not facing up to our part in creating the problem. So there may be disagreements this month. Be sure to draw your line in the sand and be sure to express what your boundaries are. People won't know they have crossed a line if there is no communicate going on. A disagreement will go unsolved if no one is talking. Communication this month is going to be a little wonky due to the planet Mercury being in retrograde. Mercury is the planet of communication. |

| The Third Eye Chakra is about Trusting Yourself. Remember when you were little and how easy the world seemed back then? This month you are being asked to view the world through the eyes of a child: To see the wonder of the world again. That anything is possible. This is showing up in regard" to the Root Chakra Energy of your finances. I feel that as long as YOU believe that everything is going to be a right then it will be. |

| The Crown Chakra is about our connection with God, the Divine, and everyone on & off this planet. This month there is a feeling of disconnect, of feeling separate. The feeling I get is it is out of your hands & in the hands of God/Fate/Destiny. So go with the flow this month & trust that everything will work out how it is meant to.
