Twin Flames and Seperation

Twin Flame relationships don't operate the same way that regular relationships do. All relationships have a spiritual meaning behind them but a Twin Flame relationship is a healing relationship. You will be triggered like crazy until you and your Twin Flame have healed your wounds. There will be times of bliss and harmony but those moments will be shattered when your old wounds resurface. This can lead to separation.

If you are in separation know that this is a time of great healing. The more you and your Twin keep in contact the more you will trigger each other. Sometimes the distance between you is the trigger. Does separation have to happen? No. As long as both you and your Twin Flame are working on healing your issues you can be in union and trigger the crap out of each other. It's just not always going to be pretty. If you are both awake to the spiritual purpose of the union being about healing each other than you can stay in union.

If one of you is still asleep or unawakened to the Twin Flame purpose then separation is bound to happen because one of you is denying the connection.

Being in love is like being an addict. The brain doesn't know the difference when it receives dopamine. So when there is the withdrawal or a heartbreak or a breakup you feel pain because the dopamine is no longer present.

Now if you weren't taught how to process your loss then you may be someone who learned that you replace what is lost. So you move from relationship to relationship. A Twin Flame is someone who will never be replaceable. No one will ever have the same chemistry. There can be substitutes but no replacements. The person will never be able to feel satisfied without their Twin Flame in their life and vice versa.

Eventually, the unawakened twin will wake up to the connection and allow the healing to begin.

What You as a Twin Flames Must Overcome in Order to Reach Union

Why is it that the most romantic love stories involve something blocking the union?  I know for Twin Flames the only thing blocking the union is themselves. Each with their own insecurities or wounds left unhealed. You may think you are ready for union but then when your Twin Flame brings up these insecurities you realize you are not.
