Twin Flames - Why are you still here?


While listening to this song I was given this story for Twin Flames.

We were here since the beginning of time. We are beings of light. We have seen the creation of the universe and all that dwell there. We observed Earth with delight as we saw all the happiness and joy that people could bring to each other.
Then a dark energy found Earth and slipped through into the nights and entered the souls on Earth causing destruction in their wake.

At first, we didn't understand what had happened. We just watched as people went crazy. Hating each other and causing so much pain to themselves and to others. Destroying the Earth and the animals on it.

We volunteered to be brought down on Earth to discover what was the cause of this madness. We were chipped so that we could be monitored so that our brothers and sisters could help us. We would not remember them.

We were assigned a team to help guide us while on this mission. They were there to help keep us on track. To help us to find our way. They were going to be limited as to what they could do for us though. Because of the golden rule. Thou shall not mess with free will.

This is the first you and I would be separated since the beginning of time. Darkness saw an opportunity and they took it. They latched onto our emotional and mental bodies. We were born without the knowledge to defend ourselves at the time. Our enemy was smart and protected themselves while destroying us from the inside.

We are older now and have gained the knowledge to fight back. We know that this is life isn't meant to be all about suffering and being in pain. That's not why we came here.

Meet me on the battlefield. Help me fight our enemies. Let's face them together. We can win this fight. Let's show them who they are messing with. It is time. It is time to face these demons. The demons we had a part in creating.

Meet me on the battlefield. Together we can defeat anything. Remember what we are fighting for. Even on the darkest night, I will be your sword and shield. I will always fight to save you and me. Let's fight these demons together. Let's bring our demons into the light.

They cannot breed and grow when we bring them into the light. Our fears, shame, sorrow anger and regret they allow our demons to grow and fester. They grow faster than we can fight but we can beat them if we band together.

Be brave my courageous warrior. Let's fight this battle together. You are not alone. Not while I am alive. I will fight until my last breath. I fight to save you. I fight to save me. I fight because it is our destiny.

Join me. Meet me on the battlefield. Let's save each other and the world together.

Why is it that the most romantic love stories involve something blocking the union?  I know for Twin Flames the only thing blocking the union is themselves.
