Break Ups are Hard

When you go through a breakup it is natural for you to cry over what you feel is a loss. Maybe, you spent a lot of time with this person or you just really, really like them. Either way, your self-esteem takes a hit.

You don't need Prince Charming to swoop in and make you feel better. Rise above your turbulent emotions and do things that make you feel good. Things that you enjoy doing and are naturally good at. You won't feel like it at first but, slowly your self-esteem will rise. All without the help of a knight in shining armor.

This will always set you up for success, as it never fails. Doing what you love naturally brings out your happiness.
