Sacral Chakra : Passion Energy (Sex, Purpose and Creativity)

The Sacral Chakra is located where your sexual organs are. This chakra is all about your passion energies. Your passions can range from your sexuality to your creative inspirations, your relationships, and your life purpose.

What are your desires? What are you preventing yourself from fulfilling with feelings of shame or guilt?

These are the things that block the sacral chakra.

You will know that your Sacral chakra is blocked if you are feeling a lack of creative Inspirations, or if you are having a hard time getting motivated doing the things that used to bring you Joy.

You likely have a block sacral chakra if you're trying to shut off your emotions. In this case, it will also affect your heart chakra.

If you have a fear of expressing your sexuality and or don't feel safe enough to express yourself without feeling blamed, shamed or crucified for doing so that is another symptom of having a blocked sacral chakra due to having experienced one or more of the following:

•Sexual abuse

•emotional abuse

•volatile situation

•coldness or someone wasn't showing you affection

also rejection

•denial of your feelings as a child

•a lack of mirroring (where someone's not showing you what you needed to see in order for you to heal yourself) I know the first time we hear about the mirroring the first person you hear about doing that is your twin flame but I'm able to see other people mirroring things besides my twin so other people can too. I just want to put that out there

•Religious or moral severity

•being taught certain things by certain beliefs that things are wrong or you shouldn't do that because you'll be sent to hell.

•alcoholic/alcoholism in the family and that ties in with inherited issues. Which means your parents were not able to work out their own issues around sexuality and their creative stuff. It got passed on to you for you to heal it and the same will happen if you don't get your shit together.

Physical imbalances that you would notice to know that your sacral Chakra is unbalanced are:

anemia

allergies

diabetes

diarrhea

leukemia

hyperglycemia

kidney problems

spleen problems

pancreas problems

lower back

premenstrual syndrome

problems with your spleen

constipation

knee troubles

urinary issues

lack of flexibility

sexual dysfunctions so that I can come up as either an overly sexual person or someone who is what is called frigid or cold it's going to depend cuz it is either overactive, underactive or balanced.

Frigidity is an orgasmic experience is that means you're not able to orgasm are you feel that you're not able to.

For the men, it is premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction.

You can also have any type of reproductive organ disorder

OR loss of appetite.

Psychological imbalances:

Hysteria

Chameleon personality

depression

Unable to be sexually intimate or

feeling repressed and inhibited
