I see the term karmic partners getting thrown around almost like a curse word. Little do you know that you share karma with your Twin Flame as well. Your karma is what keeps triggering you and causing separation. My story is unlike any I have ever come across in the Twin Flame community. I have seen marriages getting torn apart because of Twin Flame awakenings. My Twin Flame awakening happened a little over 4 years ago. Little did I know at that time that I was already married to my Twin Flame. I experienced a spiritual awakening 1 st and because of a childhood trauma I was given 2 karmic partners to clear my Sacral Chakra blocks. These were sexual awakenings, both spiritual in nature. Twin Flame relationships don't operate the same way that regular relationships do. All relationships have a spiritual meaning behind them but a Twin Flame relationship is a healing relationship. You will be triggered like crazy until you and your Twin Flame have healed your wounds. There will be times of bliss and harmony but those moments will be shattered when your old wounds resurface. This can lead to separation. If you are in separation know that this is a time of great healing. The more you and your Twin keep in contact the more you will trigger each other. Anger is a secondary emotion. What that means is there is always another underlying emotion that triggers the anger. They don't talk about that in the article, but it is something that I had learned in Counseling Techniques class taught by Jill Bainbridge.  If you can stop and recognize the underlying emotion anger can definitely be beneficial, but it is also something that people try to avoid. It is taught in society that anger is bad, mainly because its not really anger they are referring to it is rage. Suppressed anger only leads to an eventual blow-up, which can be triggered by something that is meaningless and not the source of the rage. Think about it.  If you are picked on at school or work anger may be the emotion you first identify with, but you are feeling another emotion besides anger. Sad, hurt, humiliated. I thought that it was something that had been taken care of and was no longer a threat to society because people were educated about how you get HIV/AIDS. One of the ways is through blood.
